As a Senior Full Stack Engineer (IC2), you will be a key builder turning this vision into high-performance software—developing robust backend components and responsive frontend layers that deliver exceptional customer and employee experiences at scale. Impact You Can Create Eliminate Enterprise Complexity: Demolish the crushing cost and complexity of legacy systems by writing clean, modular, and intentionally simple full-stack code. Build for Global Trust: Develop and scale enterprise-grade CX and IT solution components that handle millions of transactions flawlessly for global brands like Bridgestone, Sony Music, and New Balance. Roles & Responsibilities (R&R) Full-Stack Execution: Build, optimize, and maintain robust backend microservices, database schemas, and highly interactive frontend application interfaces. Feature Ownership: Take end-to-end ownership of product feature delivery—from initial requirement analysis and technical design to automated deployment, monitoring, and production support. Code Quality & Craftsmanship: Write clean, highly extensible, and well-tested code rooted in solid Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and SOLID design principles. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, and SRE teams to convert product requirements into high-value platform features quickly. Production Health: Help maintain system metrics for high availability, multi-tenant fault tolerance, security compliance, and comprehensive infrastructure observability. Performance Tuning: Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across the stack, from slow database queries to client-side page rendering latencies. Peer Collaboration: Actively participate in constructive code reviews, share technical knowledge, and help maintain high engineering standards within the team.
